The standards we apply to executive coaching ensure an ethical and professional approach. Our key principles are:

Accountability
Where we are engaged for coaching by a corporate sponsor, or by an individual client, we will establish a contract detailing objectives, time scales and parameters for feedback.

Confidentiality
Details of sessions and issues discussed remain confidential between the coach and coachee; the nature of any feedback to a sponsor is agreed at the time of contracting and specifically before any discussion takes place.

Competence
Our coaches work strictly within their area of expertise and where additional issues that do not fall within the coaching contract are a factor, clients will be encouraged to seek appropriate referrals for support.

Professional development
Our coaches have personal responsibility for their professional development, maintaining currency in their coaching interventions and practice.

Supervision
The coaching practice of each member of the team is supervised - that is each person’s work is reviewed by an experienced external coach to ensure best practice, an ethical approach and professional development.

Monitoring & Evaluation
Coaching interventions should demonstrate a measurable change and an identified return on investment for individuals and sponsors. Our framework for monitoring coaching includes

•  evidence of clear contracting.
•  maintaining the balance of interests between sponsor and coachee.
•  regularly monitoring client progress against agreed goals.
