Our coaching approach offers:

•  Choice of coaches / backgrounds.
•  Contracting agreement between sponsor, client and coach.
•  Clear coaching agreement – typically 8 x 2hour sessions over 6 months.
•  Maintaining confidential session notes to track goals and focus on outcomes.
•  A researched referral network to offer clients related development interventions.
•  Monitoring and evaluation of the contract and client outcomes.
